MAC Paint Pot Swatches & Nude Lippie Swatches

I love paint pots! They really last long and enhance the color of eyeshadows as they make a great base! So I thought id post some swatches of all the paint pots I have as well as nude lippie swatches since I often get questions on nude lippies!

  5. oh my goodness nessa!!! Right timing, I am just wondering how would paint pots look like when swatched ALL TOGETHER! I've always thought of getting Painterly and Soft Ochre first, but I have to choose which one first, based on your photo I would probably go for Soft Ochre because of the yellow tone! thanks so much on these! so helpful!!!! SUPER!

  9. About what color (in MAC-speak) is your hand? I can't see myself wearing MAC Myth! It'd probably make me look like I have no lips at all! (I'm NC30-35.)

  11. I have a question that may be a silly one, do you always use your fingers to apply these or would you use a brush as well? For example, if you just wanted to wear one as eyeshadow and not a base (like moss scape), would you still use your fingers? I've never used a paint pot but these swatches have me thinking! :)

  12. Jenna I am also an NC30-35 and Myth looks great as a lip base (like MAC's lip erase), you can always use a lipliner to spice things up.

  13. Hi PRETTY N PINK- Hi there! Thanks for stopping by! I use a concealer brush (Synthetic) to apply the paint pots as they are creamy, I rarely use my fingers since I have long nails its harder to apply with my fingers, but I use a brush to give me better control.
