A Sweet Surprise (Part II) & Outfit of the Day

I have had many requests to show my outfits, I always forget to take a pic before I leave the house so I will try and make a concerted effort to show them here on my site in a new series of what I call "Outfit of the Day", it won't be everyday since I often am in jeans and a shirt when I go to work, but those frequent occasions when I want to get a bit more dressed up, I will definitely post them on here. I also will be doing more posts that are not makeup related but hopefully helpful nonetheless (hair, art projects, how-to's, etc), so stay tuned!

Here is just a zebra-print shirt with a faux black leather belt and gold buckle (already attached to the shirt), with a dark charcoal pair of skinny jeans, which would look great with Oxford booties or a pair of knee-high boots. Because it's so damn hot in Cali, I just wore some flip flops. :)



Anyway, onto the surprise part II I received, it was from Nikki of Eye Candy Eyebrows who sent me a nice pink shirt with an eyebrow kit! Now I can match the guys from the show!

    Hey Nessa :) Although I'm completely inlove with my Anastasia brow powder, I'm always looking forward to branching out to other good brow brands. I was wondering if when you have the time if you can do your brows using the kit you got? I looked at the site and they are pretty expensive (kit wise) so I'm not fully convinced on committing to trying out eyecandy any time soon till I see some reviews and looks from it :) TIA :)

    Those scissors are soo effing cute! Loove it.

    I give up on trying to do my brows by myself.. getting them threaded was the best thing ever!

    I wish I'd seen this before I bought all my eyebrow stuff! I'm still after a good eyebrow powder set (any recommendations, Nessa?) but I already spent a fortune on my Tweezerman tweezers, eyebrow wax (easier to let someone else do the shape for me!) and my eyebrow brushes :[

    i just asked ANNE on how i can get with the cool kids and have free shit sent to me...i do really good cups of tea =D...girl i am leasing my BF...if i dont want his ass i can return it and get an upgrade...so HE BETTER WORK...

    Just wanted to say how much i love your blog :) I stumbled across it via a google search around May/June last year (I think you had only really just started) and have kept comming back since! I must admit though I've never left you a comemnt before (ekk, sorry!)
