Tutorial: Honey Brown FOTD

Here is the tutorial for the "Honey Brown" FOTD I did the other day by a reader's request. Enjoy! ;)



First apply your base, I used UDPP (Urban Decay Primer Potion):


Then take a bit of the UD "Honey" eyeshadow from the UD Palette....






Then take Milani's "Java Bean" and "Chocolate" (on the same brush, you're gonna mix these two colors together, "Chocolate" for the dark matte color, and "Java Bean" for the shimmer")








Contour:


Should look like this BEFORE blending:


Then BLEND any harsh lines:

    I noticed that when you apply any shimmery e/s you'll get it on ur lashes. How do u get rid of it before it gets all over the face?

    Molly- I just "shake off" the shimmer by wiggling my lashes, then apply my mascara.

    instead of liquid eye liner, do u also like to use regular eye liner in pencil? just wondering..i love your blog by the way

    Hey Nessa,

    Great neutral look, I would never have thought to make beige lippie-yellow gold eye combo.
    I have a question: Is the green in the UD palette the same as mac's wondergrass?

    Hi Anonymous, I don't know any drugstore brands that come close to UD's Honey....it's just such a unique color and very pigmented....

    Maya, I use both pencil and liquid sometimes one or another, or sometimes both at the same time, but I really like gel eyeliners!
