A good friend and reader, Neha, was kind enough to send me some surprise goodies! She is just so sweet and thoughtful and wanted me try out some of the drugstore brands they have over there in the UK. And I must say, if these are just drugstore brands, I really want to move to the UK! LOL.

Of those colors you swatched the two purple ones are I love! I also like that yellowish color, too. They look to be heavily pigmented. Soo pretty!

So I have that palette and it is very pigmented and I swear it's the exact same as mine, except well.. mine's from Claire's for 5.50 USD.

The palette is £2.49 or £2.99 from Superdrug in the UK. All Superdrug stores should carry the BeautyUK brand. They do the palette in 3 colour sets, as far as I know.
If you're going to Superdrug though, you should pick up the bargain 12 colour Sleek iDivine palettes as well, a snip at £4.49 each, and an amazingly pigmented little bargain, especially since the Sleek palettes are much bigger.
